Driver practices in the area of
construction and real estate law, both litigation and transactional, with
a focus on the use and enjoyment of real estate, including land use,
zoning, eminent domain, and property rights. He also practices employment law and
has been instrumental in not only working with both large national
employers and small local businesses to prevent litigation, but also has
protected the interests of these businesses when litigation has arisen.
Mr. Driver is licensed to practice in Georgia
and is admitted to practice in the Northern District of Georgia, the
Georgia Supreme Court, the Georgia Court of Appeals and the Superior
Courts of Georgia. Mr. Driver is a member of the State Bar of
Georgia and the American Bar Association.
Mr. Driver earned his Bachelor of Science
degree, summa cum
laude, in 1997 from the Medical College of Georgia and his
J.D., cum laude,
in 2002 from the University of Georgia. He was admitted to the Georgia
Bar in 2002. During law school, Mr. Driver was the Articles Editor for
the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and authored the
note African AIDS
