Lawton Jordan, Jr. practices in the areas of business, real estate, bankruptcy and media law.
Mr. Jordan's practice centers on representing corporate clients in transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, commercial loans and general corporate matters.
Mr. Jordan was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 1963. He earned his LL.B. degree from the University of Georgia in 1966. He was a member of Phi Kappa Phi; Phi Delta Phi and Editor-in-Chief, Student Editorial Board, Georgia Bar Journal (1963-1964). He was law assistant to Associate Justice Bond Almand of the Supreme Court of Georgia (1964-1965).
Mr. Jordan is a member of the American Bar Association, State Bar of Georgia and Augusta Bar Association.
