Michael E. (Mike) Fowler, Jr. practices in the areas of real estate and commercial transaction in the Augusta, Georgia office of the firm. Mr. Fowler is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the State Bar of South Carolina, and the State Bar of Alabama.  His practice centers mainly on representing corporate, banking, and individual clients in transactions such as real estate closings, lease and contract negotiation and drafting, loan closings, collections, and foreclosures.  He is a member of the Augusta Bar Association, the Augusta Young Lawyers, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.  Mr. Fowler earned his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Georgia in 1995 and his Juris Doctor from the Samford University Cumberland School of Law in 2000.  After graduating from law school Mr. Fowler entered private practice where he focused primarily on commercial and residential property closings.  Prior to joining the Hull Firm, Mr. Fowler also served for four years as in-house legal counsel for the commercial property ownership and management firm of Hull Storey Retail Group, LLC.  He and his wife Stacy reside in Evans, Georgia and are currently expecting a son due in June 2008.  Mr. Fowler can be reached at 706-722-4481 or mefowler@hullfirm.com
