William
F. Hammond practices in
the areas of estate and tax planning law, employee benefit and ERISA law
and corporate law.
Mr. Hammond was admitted
to the Georgia Bar in 1980 and the United States Tax Court in 1981. He is a member
of the American Bar Association (Member of Taxation; Real Property and
Probate Sections) and the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Hammond received a
Masters of Laws in Taxation (LL.M.) from New
York University in 1982. He earned is J.D. from Mercer University in 1980. He earned his Certified Public
Accountant License in 1977 (inactive) and his B.B.A. from Augusta College (now Augusta State University) in 1970.
Mr. Hammond is listed in
the 2007 edition of The Best
Lawyers in America.
